Scope

This policy covers technical and organizational controls for dashboard access, traffic logs, billing records, and support operations.

Technical controls

• HTTPS encryption in transit
• Password complexity and optional two-factor authentication (2FA)
• Session security and role-based access
• Backups and audit logging

Organizational controls

Only authorized staff access data on a need-to-know basis. Third-party processors operate under data protection agreements.
