Refund requests before service activation are reviewed case by case. Used quota or active campaign traffic may make packages non-refundable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method; timing depends on the provider (typically 5–10 business days).

Blockchain transfers are irreversible; refunds, if approved, may be issued in USDT or account credit minus network fees.
